Shipping Policy
OUR SHIPPING POLICYOur website is set up to ship to the United States. If you live in another country, please contact us by email at info@selectedcollectibles.com to inquire about the possibility of shipping to your country. Except for Sundays and holidays, our policy is to ship your order within 24 hours after your payment has cleared. If you place a rush on your order or request expedited shipping, your order will be shipped the same day (except on Sundays or holidays) if your order is placed by noon Central time. We ship most of our orders through the US Postal Service by Parcel Post, Priority Mail, or Express Mail, but expedited orders (rush delivery orders) may alternatively be shipped by Federal Express at our discretion. In rare instances, due to unforeseen circumstances such as products being out of stock, your order may be backordered and cannot be shipped within 24 hours after your payment clears. If we are not able to ship your product within 24 hours, we will notify you immediately by email. You will then have the option of cancelling your order or waiting for the order to be shipped at the delayed time. Shipping charges are figured by the weight of the products ordered as well as the distance from us to you. If you wish to save money on shipping charges, it is better to order several products at once and have them shipped together. Also, if you are not in a hurry to receive your products, you will save some money by shipping by Parcel Post. Priority Mail is a good economical way to ship your products and receive them in just a few days. For rush shipping, please use Express Mail. OUR RETURN POLICYYou may return any product you order from us (except 8-track tape cartridges) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping, insurance, and handling charges.
Exception: Due to the age and nature of 8-track tape cartridges, they cannot be returned for a refund. For detailed instructions on how to repair 8 track tapes, please check out the website listed on the links page. If you wish to return any product, please notify us immediately by sending an email to returns@selectedcollectibles.com. We will send you a reply by email, listing instructions for returning the product. (You may also follow the instructions for returns that were packed with the shipped product.) Shipping, insurance, and handling charges paid for shipping the product to you or for you to return the product to us are not refundable. We will send you a full refund of your purchase price less shipping, handling, and insurance charges as soon as we receive the returned product in the same condition as it was originally shipped to you. We cannot refund your purchase price on products that are damaged in shipment. In order to protect yourself and your product in transit, be sure to add insurance to the return package when you ship it back to us. (See PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT below). Exception: If we have shipped you a product in error that you did not order and you wish to return it, in exchange we will ship you the product that you did order (using the same shipping method as the original product) and charge you no additional shipping and handling charges. We will also deduct any ground UPS charges or USPS parcel post charges that you paid to return the incorrect product to us. (We will not refund any expedited shipping charges, such as USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail, UPS Next Day Air, or Federal Express, that you may have used to return that product.) Return of shipping charges does not apply to products that you return to us because you do not like them or have decided they are not what you really wanted.
Shipment Damage
PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENTThe purchase price for products that are damaged in shipment will be refunded by the shipping company, provided that insurance was placed on the package at the time it was shipped. All packages shipped from SelectedCollectibles.com to you are insured. Please be sure to insure any packages of products that you return to us.-Notice-If you are returning a product back to us for a refund, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you insure the package you are shipping. If the product you are returning to us is damaged in shipment, the insured value of the package must be collected from the shipping company. If you have not insured the package, we will not refund your money if the product you are returning to us is damaged. If the product you are returning is damaged in shipment, the only refund you will receive will come from the shipping company through the insurance claim on the package.The most recently added collectibles for sale.
